The goal of E2E is to create awareness, provide training on empowerment, and to provide opportunities for people to be empowered in their lives, their workplace and their community. The definition of Empowerment is the authority or power given to someone to do something. It is the process of becoming stronger and more confident, especially in controlling one’s life and claiming one’s rights. E2E’s vision is that everyone has access to the opportunity to be empowered. In working towards that vision, E2E provides dynamic keynote speakers and workshop facilitators on various topics under the umbrella of empowerment. Also under the umbrella of E2E is HER Story, Inc. and Rosalind R. Sullivan’s publications which both focus on empowerment.
